Affiliate Terms

As an affiliate, you agree to promote Xoftmade Web Solutions in an honest and ethical manner. You are not allowed for any false commitment’s.

You are prohibited from:

• Engaging in misleading or deceptive advertising.
• Using methods that violate any laws or regulations, including spamming or unauthorized emailing.
• Promoting Xoftmade.com on websites or platforms that feature illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

Affiliates must not bid on Xoftmade trademarks, brand names, or variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations in their jurisdiction. This includes clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship with Xoftmade Web Solutions in all promotional content.

1. Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link upon approval. This link must be used to track referrals and qualifying sales. You are prohibited from altering the tracking mechanism in any way.
2. Affiliates are encouraged to place referral links prominently on their websites, blogs, social media platforms, or other marketing channels. However, links must not be placed in inappropriate or misleading contexts, such as pop-ups, redirects, or hidden frames.
3. Affiliates may not use their affiliate link to purchase hosting plans or services for personal use. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of commissions and/or termination from the program.

Affiliates will earn commissions for each qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate link. A qualifying sale is defined as a completed purchase by a customer who:

• Clicked on the affiliate’s link.
• Completed the purchase without cancellations or refunds within 30 days.
• Meets all other terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Commission rates vary depending on the product or service sold and are outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard. Xoftmade Web Solutions reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice.
2. Payments will be issued monthly through different payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Bank transfer, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of Rs. 5000 / $20 and Duration of 35 Days. If the minimum threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.
3. Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments, including transaction or conversion fees imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
4. Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate and up to date. Xoftmade Web Solutions is not liable for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information provided by the affiliate.

Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages to promote affiliate links.
• Trademark Infringement: Using Xoftmade Web Solutions trademarks in domains, social media handles, or advertising without explicit written permission.
• Cookie Stuffing: Using technology to set cookies without the user’s explicit action or consent.
• Misrepresentation: Making false claims about Xoftmade’s products or services.
• Unauthorized Offers: Creating unauthorized discounts, promotions, or incentives to influence customer purchases.

Violation of any prohibited activities will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account. Pending commissions may be forfeited, and further legal action may be taken as necessary.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Xoftmade Web Solutions trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products and services.

Affiliates must:

• Use approved materials without alteration.
• Ensure all promotional content aligns with Xoftmade’s brand guidelines and values.

Affiliates must not:

• Register any domain names, social media accounts, or similar assets containing Xoftmade’s trademarks.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Xoftmade’s materials without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

• Affiliates must remove all promotional materials and affiliate links immediately.
• Affiliates will forfeit access to the Affiliate Dashboard and associated tools.
• Pending commissions will be reviewed and paid out according to the standard schedule, provided no violations have occurred.

Xoftmade Web Solutions reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice for violations of these terms and conditions.

• Affiliates may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to marketing strategies, customer data, and financial information. Affiliates agree to keep this information confidential and use it solely for program purposes.
• Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of this agreement.

Xoftmade Web Solutions is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Loss of revenue or profits due to technical errors, tracking failures, or other issues beyond our control.

Xoftmade Web Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified only for significant changes via email or updates on the website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
