Its very easy to migrate your wordpress website from one hosting to another. Usually developers create wordpress website on a test location / demo location then want to migrate it to actual link. Or at some stage you want to clone a wordpress website to a different url then here is the topic we will guide you here.
We use a wordpress migration plugin (All in One Migration). Install that wordpress plugin then create a backup file from it.
Now install a fresh wordpress or use already installed wordpress where you want to restore that backup. Please make sure to have backup of that new website as you will loose everything during migration. Also keep in mind to have sufficient free space before this exercise.
Now install same plugin on 2nd installation, and import the .wpress file you downloaded from first website. Now go to backups section inside the plugin and hit restore button. It will give you a warning before proceed, accept that and here you go.
